Is there a scene in a movie that you have seen over and over again that still makes you laugh each time you watch it?
My younger boys like the scene in Guardians of the Galaxy 2 where the villain “Taser Face” is interacting with the captured Rocket. They lose it every time, along with my supremely mature husband. And I’ll admit to laughing along with them, because I am also *supremely mature*.
Noah has many, many scenes in movies he finds hysterical, as you may have seen in previous posts. The burp scene in Nemo, of course. He loves the scene in Jurassic Park where Alan Grant pretends to be electrocuted. Pretty much all of his favorite movies have at least one scene that he finds hysterically funny.
But there is, perhaps, no scene he finds funnier than the one toward the beginning of The Incredibles where Bob Parr, aka Mr. Incredible, get’s out of his car, slips on a skateboard, damages his car in the process, then breaks a window in his frustration. You’ll hear it in the background. It has Noah’s favorite components: falling down, breaking glass, and great frustration.
Not too long ago, I caught his reaction on video. Enjoy:
